Speaking before a large gathering of State elected officials, Mather Hospital Board members, administration and staff last Monday at a special dedication ceremony where Mather's Medical Arts Building was officially named in honor of the Frey family, Mr. Roberts said, “With health industry finances being precariously stretched statewide with increasing momentum, the philanthropic spirit of the Frey family is a shining example of selfless giving and one that we can all proudly acknowledge.”
Mather Hospital Board Chairman, Mr. Kenneth Jacoppi said the munificent contribution exemplified the true spirit of philanthropy. “The Frey Family has abundantly proven within our community, the truth in legendary words spoken by Sir Winston Churchill – ‘You make a living by what you get. You make a life by what you give’.”
In thanking everyone for their recognition, Mr. Robert Frey said the decision to give to Mather was an easy one. “We are proud for this opportunity to support Mather because we appreciate the excellent health services provided by Mather Hospital to our community.
Established to create a family tradition of giving back to the community, The Frey Family Foundation supports human service and education activities throughout the community. |
